Evaluation Programme Terms & Conditions

This evaluation programme is only available in the
UK and is limited to certain thin client models. |

The evaluation period is limited to 14 days from the
date of shipping
If the unit is not returned within 14 days, you will be charged the
standard price as listed on the website. |

If you wish to return the evaluation unit, you must
call 0845 108 3030 and you will be advised of the returns procedure. |

| 4) |
You are responsible for any damage to the unit or loss
during the trial period, full RRP charges apply. |

|
| 5) |
Evaluation units are not available for resale. |
| |
|
| 6) |
Evaluation units are limited to one person per company. |
| |
|
| 7) |

108 3030 and we will advise you of the purchase procedure. |

All prices exclude VAT and delivery. |

You are responsible for the return delivery charges.
You must use a credited courier service, with full tracking facilities
and insurance cover to at least 125% of the cost of the unit. You
are responsible for the loss or damage of the evaluation equipment
whist in transit back to us, therefore ensure you can track it and
the courier service is covered by insurance accordingly. |

Evaluation units must be returned in the same internal
and external packaging as they were received in. |

You are in a position to enter your company in to this
agreement and you are fully aware of your responsibilities and liabilities
by accepting these terms and conditions. |

Limitation of Liability: NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE
TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF AGREEMENT OR THE RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN NETVOYAGER PLC AND EVALUATOR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
LOSS OF PROFIT OR BUSINESS DISRUPTION. |
